my very own transformation, in 2012. i allowed myself eat a lot of rubbish and took a break from training due to work commitments. one day i had enough and quit the job and started training again, 6 months of hard work later, i was me again! i know whats its like to be over weight and understand the journey through my own struggles.
hati lost 8kg in 8 weeks and is still losing weight as we speak she has just hit her lowest bodyweight on 30/7/16 her new goals are more strength base and will be posted in the next few months. this lady shows what you can achieve when you stick to the plan!
my client rachel worked extremely hard and lost 14kg in 12 weeks, she would never cancel a session and always give 110%. due to work commitments she could continue with me. but keeping in contact she is still losing weight and improving. thank you rachel
