In this day and age you are bombarded with commercials, magazines and television telling you what you should eat, how you should look and  who you should be....

Causing you  to run to the nearest gym and jump on the latest diet trend.

This creates what I call, "the modern day gym goer" who hits the gym 6-7 days a week and does 2-3 high intensity classes while living on fruit and vegetable smoothies!

Or the guy who wants to build muscle, but spends 2-3 hours talking in the weights area and never breaks a sweat, because he's never shown how to train with intensity or how to contract they're muscles properly!

This creates a vicious circle, where Everyday these people set themselves up for a loss of muscle mass, slow metabolism, weight gain around the stomach, mood swings and many more......

Then comes the day when your tired,run down and fed up, so you decide to give up on the training, quit the diet and go back to what was making you unhappy in the first place and the vicious circle starts again! 

I know lots of people can relate to this, including myself! Unfortunately like many of us, I Weren't born with a 6 pack or an athletic body shape, I took the time to educate myself, worked hard and stuck to the plan I set and rewarded myself with 8kg of fat loss and 3kg of gains in muscle, allowing me to know the struggles, the work it entails and the feeling at the end when you achieve what you set out to accomplish! 

that's why at unique physique, I won't just give you the most up to date training and nutrition plans, il have an understanding of every part of your journey, that will allow me to educate you  to never make these kinds of mistakes again, il teach you why we are using certain training methods, what nutrition actually works and how to get out of that vicious circle and onto a path that keeps taking you forward.
