Daniel is a successful nutrition coach and personal trainer based in South Wales, with over nine years of experience in the fitness industry.
Gaining an interest in strength training after he left school, several years of minimal progress due to uninformed training and nutrition pushed him to look deeper, leading him to complete a BTEC in Sport Science and going on to earn a 2:1 in Coaching and Performance from Glamorgan University.
Throughout his education, he enjoyed learning about programming and training, but found himself drawn to nutrition, a component that he believes yields the greatest results, but is often overlooked in the majority of people’s lifestyles.
Daniel does not provide diet plans as he believes they ultimately leave clients disempowered and leave them having gained very little from their time with their trainer. He has slowly built a system that both educates his clients and leaves them with the tools they need to continue eating well throughout their lives.
